Meatball Kabobs Recipe

For dinner we made meatball kabobs. It was fun because we all got to help make them. It was especially fun because my friend Eliza was over and she got to help too. 



Ingredients for Meatball Kabobs: 

Italian Meatballs 
Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
Parmesan Cheese
Spaghetti Sauce
Red Pepper
Green Pepper
Wood Skewers

Directions: 

1. Prepare Italian Meatballs. We use frozen ones so we just had to heat them up. 
2. Cut up biscuits into small bite size pieces. We used scissors. 
3. Shake parmesan cheese on biscuit pieces. 
4. Cut up peppers. 
5. Put all of the ingredients on the skewers. It's fun to make patterns. 
6. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes. 
7. Heat up spaghetti sauce to use as dip. 
8. EAT!

It was Christmasy because of the red and green peppers. And they taste good!
